Available services may include dry ice blasting, auto detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, UV protection coatings, engine bay cleaning, undercarriage services, boat and specialty detailing, equipment cleaning, commercial cleaning, surface preparation, and sandblasting.
Service availability, pricing, timing, and project suitability may vary based on the item, material, condition, access, contamination, damage, weather, equipment requirements, and other factors. We reserve the right to decline, modify, pause, or discontinue any service when a project is unsafe, unsuitable, outside our scope, or materially different from the information originally provided.
3. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available when they are prepared, including descriptions, photos, videos, and any inspection performed. Quotes are not guarantees of a final price unless expressly stated in writing as a fixed-price agreement.
Additional charges may apply if we discover conditions not visible or disclosed before work begins, including excessive buildup, damage, corrosion, staining, contamination, difficult access, additional labor, additional materials, safety concerns, or a requested change in scope.
If the scope or price needs to change, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you before performing additional billable work.
4. Scheduling, Deposits, and Cancellations
Appointments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by us.
A deposit may be required to reserve an appointment, purchase materials, or begin a project. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are nonrefundable. By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable Deposit Refund Policy.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, or late-notice policies may apply and will be communicated before or at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee when one has been disclosed and agreed upon.
We may reschedule services due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, illness, access limitations, supply availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be stated in your quote, invoice, agreement, or other written communication. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due when services are completed.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for paying all approved charges, including any additional work authorized by you. Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable collection efforts and any lawful collection costs.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To help us safely and effectively complete your project, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information about the item, surface, equipment, vehicle, boat, or project location.
Disclose known damage, prior repairs, modifications, coatings, leaks, electrical issues, mechanical issues, hazardous materials, contamination, and other relevant conditions.
Provide safe, timely, and reasonable access to the work area.
Remove personal belongings, valuables, loose items, and sensitive equipment before service begins.
Secure access permissions for any property, vehicle, equipment, or commercial location you ask us to service.
Ensure that you have the legal authority to authorize the requested services.
Follow any reasonable preparation, inspection, drying, curing, maintenance, or aftercare instructions we provide.
We are not responsible for delays, added costs, or incomplete results caused by inaccurate information, undisclosed conditions, unsafe work areas, lack of access, or failure to follow preparation or aftercare instructions.
7. Condition of Property and Service Results
Our services are intended to clean, improve, restore, detail, protect, or prepare applicable surfaces and materials. Results vary based on age, condition, material type, prior damage, staining, corrosion, contamination, coatings, maintenance history, and other factors.
We do not guarantee that all stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, discoloration, corrosion, mold, buildup, coatings, defects, or damage can be fully removed or corrected. Some conditions may be permanent or may require additional services, repair, replacement, or work by another qualified professional.
Dry ice blasting, sandblasting, detailing, paint correction, coating application, and other restoration processes may reveal pre-existing defects, hidden damage, prior repairs, thin paint, weak materials, corrosion, wear, or surface inconsistencies that were not visible before service. Lawrence Dry Ice Restorations LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or defects revealed during normal service.
8. Mold, Contamination, and Hazardous Conditions
Dry ice blasting may be used on appropriate surfaces to remove certain visible surface contamination. It is not a substitute for identifying and correcting the source of moisture, water intrusion, or other conditions that allow mold growth.
We do not provide medical, environmental, industrial hygiene, engineering, laboratory, or legal advice. We may decline work involving hazardous materials, unknown contamination, unsafe air quality, significant mold conditions, asbestos, lead, biohazards, chemicals, fuel, or other conditions outside our scope or that require specialized assessment, containment, remediation, permits, or licensing.
You are responsible for disclosing known or suspected hazardous conditions before work begins.
9. Ceramic Coatings and Protective Services
Ceramic coatings, UV protection coatings, undercarriage sealants, paint protection services, and similar products are designed to enhance appearance and provide varying levels of protection. They do not make a surface indestructible or eliminate the need for proper maintenance.
Coatings and protective services do not prevent all scratches, rock chips, stains, water spotting, chemical damage, corrosion, fading, wear, or other damage. Product performance and longevity depend on surface condition, preparation, product selection, environmental exposure, use, maintenance, and aftercare.
10. Photos and Project Documentation
We may take photos or videos of a project before, during, or after service for estimating, documentation, quality control, training, dispute resolution, or internal business records.
We will not intentionally use identifiable customer information, license plate numbers, addresses, or clearly identifiable project images in public marketing, social media, or portfolio materials without appropriate permission.
