Deposit Refund Policy

Lawrence Dry Ice Restorations LLC may require a deposit to reserve an appointment, secure time on our schedule, and prepare for your project.

Nonrefundable Deposits

All deposits are nonrefundable.

If a customer cancels an appointment after paying a deposit, the customer is not entitled to a refund of that deposit. This applies regardless of when the cancellation is made after payment, including cancellations made well in advance of the scheduled appointment.

By paying a deposit, you acknowledge that the deposit is nonrefundable and agree to this Deposit Refund Policy.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be considered at our discretion and is subject to availability. Approval of a rescheduled appointment does not create a right to a deposit refund.

Application of Deposit

When the scheduled service is completed, the deposit will be applied toward the agreed-upon total balance for that appointment or project, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Exceptions

Any exception to this policy must be approved by Lawrence Dry Ice Restorations LLC in writing. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
